The mixture for emulsions typically has the following composition: 60-85% ammonium nitrate; 5-30% water; 2-8% fuel; 0.5-4% emulsifier or thickening agent; 0-10% soluble flame suppressants; and trace additives. (ii) The following table specifies the portable tank requirements applicable to T Codes T1 through T22. The proper shipping name Printing ink related material may be used for consignments of packages containing Printing ink and Printing ink related material in the same package.
